Copper Pendulums with Green Aventurine

Copper, whose Periodic Table label is "Cu," is a metal that is extremely ductile and an unusually good conductor of electricity and heat. It was one of the first metals used by humans, dating back to the Neolithic Period. As far back as at least 9000 BC, it was used for tools, weapons, and decorative objects like jewelry. The introduction of Copper alloyed with Tin lead the world into the Bronze Age, where it continued to play an important role in every civilization up to the current, where it is used in the electrical industry for its conductive properties, the medical industry for its antimicrobial properties, and consumer products, due to its beauty.

Aventurine, a member of the quartz family, gets its name from the Italian word “a Ventura”, which means “by chance”. This actually alludes, not to the discovery of Aventurine itself, but to the lucky discovery of aventurine glass at some point in the 18th century in Murano, Italy, which bears a striking resemblance to Aventurine.

The majority of Green Aventurine is found in India.

As we know from science, Copper is an excellent conductor of energy, and that has long been recognized in its metaphysical properties, as well. Copper conducts and amplifies thoughts and vibrations, connecting us to the earth's energy, and thus providing balance and grounding.

Green Aventurine is a stone of prosperity that comes from enhanced confidence, courage, and a big dose of good luck! As with all green stones, it offers a link to Gaia that ensures grounding, even when things become a bit chaotic on their way to abundance.
Although its name, which comes from the Italian, "by chance" was somewhat of an accident, it is a good example (and reminder) of the power of the names and the stories we attribute to ourselves and the world around us!
