Copper, whose Periodic Table label is "Cu," is a metal that is extremely ductile and an unusually good conductor of electricity and heat. It was one of the first metals used by humans, dating back to the Neolithic Period. As far back as at least 9000 BC, it was used for tools, weapons, and decorative objects like jewelry. The introduction of Copper alloyed with Tin lead the world into the Bronze Age, where it continued to play an important role in every civilization up to the current, where it is used in the electrical industry for its conductive properties, the medical industry for its antimicrobial properties, and consumer products, due to its beauty.
These spheres were created from Native Copper from Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula. This area is known for having the world's largest deposits of Native Copper (Copper that exists in its metal form instead of in a compound) due to an ancient sequence of lava flows called the Portage Lake Volcanics.
Metaphysical Properties
Metaphysical Properties
As we know from science, Copper is an excellent conductor of energy, and that has long been recognized in its metaphysical properties, as well. Copper conducts and amplifies thoughts and vibrations, connecting us to the earth's energy, and thus providing balance and grounding.
Science also relies on Copper's antimicrobial properties, which has also been recognized in the long-held metaphysical belief that Copper is excellent at enhancing healing and vitality.

Photography
Although we always strive to provide clear, accurate images of our crystals and other products, we photograph under professional lighting, which is meant to mimic sunlight. If you get your crystal and think it looks a little different under low or artificial light, try checking it out again in sunlight!
Our crystals are one-of-a-kind art, created by nature.
No two pieces are the same, and there is no such thing as "perfection" in nature.
When it comes to our hand-carved items, remember that artists work with and around imperfections, druzy pockets, and other natural variations to bring each carving out of a piece of natural stone.
We consider these imperfections to be one of the most wonderful parts of crystal collecting, and we invite you to embrace each carving's uniqueness!
We will always try to portray each piece honestly, so be sure to look closely at our images and videos to ensure you know what to expect.
